Kitch Catering is proud to present our shiny new Katsu Curry stall. Initially created as a one off for Boomtown 2016, its popularity at that event insisted that we bring it back for the whole 2017 season.

 The menu is simple but delicious – choose either panko chicken, tempura prawn or pumpkin korokke. Can’t choose between the three? Double up and choose two. Still can’t decide? Then go for our Katsu sharing platter and have all three!

 All dishes are served on a bed of steaming Cajun rice and covered with lashings of our luscious golden katsu curry sauce. Then, to top it all off you get a garnish of fresh coriander, toasted sesame seeds, edamame beans and pickled ginger all served alongside our fresh Sri Lankan slaw.

 As with all our stalls, we have strived to achieve delicious food that can be served at a consistently high quality whilst at speed. Judging by the overwhelmingly positive feedback from Boomtown punters, we are confident that we’ve once again achieved our goal.
